Support a local initiative

At each ESP conference, we ask participants to help us raise funds for a local organisation working on sustainability in the region. This year participants could donate 200 000 Chilean pesos to Fundación la Tribu Somos. Fundación La Tribu Somos is a non-profit organization that has more than five years of experience conducting therapeutic support workshops for people with disabilities and their caregivers, taking inclusion and recycling hand in hand through its workshops. In those workshops, household plastic waste is recycled, making different functional and decorative items such as rings, keychains and coasters through the thermofusion process. For more information, please click here.

Participants had the option to donate through the registration form. Representatives of the foundation were invited to the event. We hope that participants were able to purchase their products and also support them directly.’
