Digital platform & mobile app

This conference will be held in a hybrid format, meaning it will take place simultaneously in person in La Serena and online everywhere else. To make this happen, we will once again rely on the digital platform "Let's Get Digital", that we used in our previous conferences.

All plenaries, sessions, posters and company booths will be accessible to the online attendees in real-time. Plenaries and sessions will also be recorded and available on demand. The virtual event platform will be accessible to the on-site participants as well, should they wish to make use of it. 

In the weeks leading up to the event, participants joining us online will receive more detailed information about navigating the virtual event. 

Furthermore, all participants can download the event mobile app and connect with their peers, regardless of where they are attending the conference from. The mobile app will contain all the important information - program, speakers, book of abstracts, venue map, attendees list, information about field trips and more. 

You will also receive real-time notifications for any important schedule changes or program highlights.  

Once the mobile app is live, you will be able to download it from this page or find it in the App Store and Google Play Store.

Let's Get Digital is fully GDPR compliant. The privacy statement can be found here. All data will be removed from the servers within 3 months after the event. If you wish to remove your data earlier, this is also possible.
