Conference dinner event

On Wednesday (20 November) the official conference dinner is scheduled to take place. There are two options for the conference dinner - you can make a selection below.

The dinner is optional and additional charges apply. The conference dinner event includes:

Pre-conference Trainings (Sunday)

On Sunday 17 November, five trainings will be organised on various topics. All trainings will take place at the main conference venue.

Training number 1 is a full-day training, whereas trainings 2-5 are short trainings with duration between 1 and 3 hours. The short trainings will be scheduled in the afternoon.

The price for the full training includes participation, coffee and lunch. The price for the short trainings includes participation and coffee.

Excursions

Join one of the organised excursions on Friday 22 November to find out more about Wageningen's natural surroundings and local culture. Find out more about all excursion options and prices on the Excursions page.

Some of the initially announced excursion options have been cancelled due to low interest.

If you choose excursion option 2, we offer the opportunity to have dinner afterwards at a typical Dutch pancake restaurant. We will organise the reservation and transport to the restaurant.

ESP members (in all fee categories - regular, student, low-income, day registration) should insert their discount code below, without selecting a different ticket group. Once the discount code is inserted, the appropriate fee will be shown.

Below you can also select the CO2 compensation option and indicate how many CO2 units you would like to buy (1 unit = 10 EUR). The collected amount will be donated to a local project.

VISA requirements

Please check visa requirements for the Netherlands. Once you have completed your registration and paid the registration fee in full, the conference organising committee can provide you with an official invitation letter to assist in your visa application.

We will provide you an invitation letter within two weeks after you completed your payments. Please note that our invitation letter differs from an official visa application. A visa can only be provided by the Dutch Embassy in your country. Please check this page for more information.
