Visa application
Citizens from any State of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), any third-country national holding a residence permit of a Schengen State and citizens from Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein do not need a visa to enter Estonia. Please check if you need a visa to attend the conference.
Information on the visa requirements for your country can be found here.
Information for Non EU country visitors
For most delegates from Non-EU countries, a visa is required to enter Estonia. In order to apply for a visa, the Estonia embassy or the consulate in the home country needs to be contacted. The requirements may vary per country. Please contact the staff at the Estonia Embassy of your home country for details.
Please register in time, as long as you follow the visa procedure. The ESP conference does not take any responsibility if you obtain your visa too late.
ESP conference invitation letter
The local organisers of the ESP conference can issue an ESP conference invitation letter. In the registration form, you can select that you are in need of an invitation letter. This letter can only be issued upon payment of your registration fee. Once your conference registration payment is received by ESP, you will be provided with an invitation letter within a two-week notice.
As the registration, payment and visa application process might be lengthy, we strongly advise you to register for the conference in due time. Please note that when paying via bank transfer, it takes some time before the funds are received to our bank account.
