Kylin Villa is located 24 km away from Shenzhen Airport. It takes about 30 minutes to get there with a shuttle service. Check the travel information if you wish to make use of public transport.

Room reservation

ESP9 conference has pre-reserved 150 rooms for conference delegates at Kylin Villa, the conference venue, at a special conference rate. Hotel reservations should be made through the local conference organising committee, and can't be made through the hotel directly.

The following special rates apply at Kylin Villa for ESP conference delegates.

The rooms and airport transfer can be paid directly at the hotel upon check-in. However, we would need to confirm the room bookings mid-October. Please confirm your booking before 6 October. We will charge additional expenses for no-shows directly to the person involved.

YESS has set up an online document for participants of the ESP9 conference to find a partner to share the hotel room and costs. Please provide your details in the document in case you would like to make use of room sharing. We recommend you to book the Standard room in this case.

When travelling from your location to the venue, we strongly advise you to choose the most sustainable means of transport. If flying is required, please make sure to CO2 compensate your flight either through a CO2 compensation program of your flight carrier or the CO2 compensation program supported by the ESP conference.
