Call for abstracts
We are excited to announce that the Call for Abstracts is now open! If you are interested in presenting your work, we invite you to submit an abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
Key Information:
Submission Deadline: 15 March 2025
How to Submit: Use the abstract submission form.
Accepted Sessions: Explore all approved sessions on the Session Overview Page.
Review Process: All submissions will undergo a peer review conducted by the session hosts.
Please note that this conference will be an in-person conference in order to provide an enriching experience that allows attendees to fully immerse themselves in the conference, interact with speakers and engage with other participants in real-time.
Don’t miss the opportunity to share your research and connect with the global ecosystem services community. We look forward to your contribution!

Please find more information and guidelines below to help you prepare your abstract.
Type of submission
There are two different types of contributions you can choose from within this system:
Abstract: Please select a first and second session of your choice so we can forward your abstract to the session of your second choice in case your abstract will be rejected by the host of your preferred session.
Poster abstract: If you wish to submit an abstract that you would like to present as a poster during the conference, a separate poster session will be organised. In order to cluster the poster thematically, we ask you to select the session into which your poster fits best.
Invited speaker abstract: If you were personally invited to present your abstract by the session host(s) and you would like your abstract to appear in the book of abstracts, please do submit your abstract too. If you will present in a session which only allows invited speakers to present, you will find this session in the sessions which only allow invited speakers section selection (Session S6, T1b, T2c, T5b, T7c, T1, T18, O9).
