The ESP conference has made a special arrangement with the InterContinental Nairobi regarding the accommodation. 

Room booking

For ESP conference participants the InterContinental Nairobi offers the following rates per night:

Please make sure to reserve your accommodation through this special link as soon as possible. The link will be active for reservations that fall between 20th and 26th November. Guests who wish to stay before or after these dates can make their reservations on email by forwarding their preferred stay dates to boniface.nganga@ihg.com.

The above mentioned rates are available for room reservations with a check in at 20 November  or one of the following conference days, and check out 26 November 2016 at the latest, and include the following:

• These Special Bedroom Rates represent the best rate available considering the volume of rooms, length of stay and season.
• These rates are inclusive of bed, breakfast, internet and all the statutory taxes, which is currently at 29.6%.
• These Special Bedroom Rates will apply for the above Dates of the Event only.
• Regular rates shall have a cut off date of 24 October 2016. All rates shall be subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Any additional dinner or lunch arrangements shall be made upon request and charged for as per the rate at the time of making the request. The Hotel will extend a discounted dinner rate of USD 40 per person for any dates besides the above mentioned.
• Check-in time is 2.00pm. Although the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, the Client recognizes that guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available from the Hotel.
• The Hotel check out time is 12.00noon.
• All early arrivals should be pre booked the night before, late check outs will be charged as applicable.
• For all no-shows, a no-show fee equivalent to the guests’ stay will apply.
• For all early departures, an early departure fee equivalent to full guest stay will apply.

Airport Pick-up

The InterContinental Nairobi provides an airport pick up at a charge of US$ 30.00 per person; one-way.

Complete Flight details should be submitted at least 24 Hrs in advance for individuals. For groups of over 15 participants reservations for the same should be submitted at least 3 Days prior to the arrival date.

Late check out charges

The following charges are applicable:
Timings Charges

• Up to 13:00 hrs : Free
• From 13:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs : $15
• From 14:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs: $30
• From 15:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs: $45
• From 16:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs: $60
• From 17:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs: $75
• From 18:00 hrs onwards 100% of Rate.

- PCR Members enjoy a free late Checkout up to 14:00hrs for Free. Thereafter the above charges apply.
- Ambassador Members and Club Lounge Guest will enjoy 18:00 hrs complimentary.
- The 100% of the room rate confirmed on the reservation if checkout is later than 18:00 hrs.
