The discount code was distributed to all ESP members on 10 August 2016. Please note that the provided discount code is very case sensitive and can only be inserted once. If you have not yet received your discount code or encounter problems with inserting the code, please e-mail us.

Excursion

Below, in the registration fee section, you can indicate if you would like to register for the excursion. If you select 'Yes' or 'Yes, and I would like to bring a partner' the available excursion options will be shown. If you select the partner option, the form will automatically calculate the excursion amount for two persons. The price for the second person is $150, so $270 for the two. You can also decide to add excursion registration to your conference registration at a later stage. However, in this case transaction costs will be charged again.

Welcome reception

A welcome reception will be hosted on Monday evening. Please let us know if you would like to participate in the welcome reception and what your food preference is. Only conference participant can participate in the welcome reception.

CO2 compensation

We offer the option to compensate for the CO2 emitted due to conference participation. We will select a local project which enables conference participants to mitigate CO2 emissions, at least to some extent.

In the registration overview section you can indicate how many CO2 compensation units you would like to buy.

Registration fee

The registration fee overview below is based on the participant category you selected above.

ESP members should insert their discount code below (without selecting a different ticket group). Once the discount code is inserted, the appropriate fee will be shown. Please note that the discount code is personal and can only be used once. If you try to use the discount code more than once, it will not show you the discounted fee. Please contact the secretariat in case this occurs.

Below you can also select the CO2 compensation option. Your contribution will be used to donate to a local project.
