After the selection of the right participant category selection, you are able to add the optional field trip, conference dinner, market place and CO2 compensation to your registration.

ESP membership provides a significant discount to the ESP conference registration fee. Subscribe as an ESP member and receive your discount code prior to conference registration.

Please use your discount code in the field 'Discount Code (optional)' in the Registration fee overview below. The discount code was distributed to all ESP members on18 June 2018. Please note that the provided discount code is case sensitive and can only be inserted once. Make sure you insert it without spacings in the discount code field. If you have not yet received your discount code or encounter problems with inserting the code, please e-mail us.

Field trip

Below, you can indicate if you would like to register for the excursion which will be organised on Friday 26 October. In case you would like to bring a partner, please select 'yes, and I would like to bring a partner'. The price for both you and your partner will appear automatically.

Registration fee

The registration fee overview below is based on the participant category you selected above.

ESP members should insert their discount code below (without selecting a different ticket group). Once the discount code is inserted, the appropriate fee will be shown. Please note that the discount code is personal and can only be used once. If you try to use the discount code more than once, it will not show you the discounted fee. Please contact the secretariat in case this occurs.

Below you can also select the CO2 compensation option. Your contribution will be donated to the projects which aim to mitigate CO2 emissions.

The total amount due will be shown once you completed your selection.

To finalise your registration, click 'Register and Pay' at the bottom of this form. If you would like to add another registration/make a group registration to yours, please click 'Submit and add extra person'. Continue this process for everyone within your group. Once you've added all, click 'Register and Pay'.

VISA requirements

Please check visa requirements for Brazil. Once you have completed your registration and paid the registration fee in full, the conference organising committee can provide you with an official invitation letter to assist for your visa application.

We will provide you an invitation letter within two weeks after you completed your payments. Please note that our invitation letter differs from an official visa application. A visa can only be provided by the Brazilian Embassy in your country. Please check here for more information about where the Brazilian Embassies and consulates are located around the world .

To complete your invitation letter, we need the following additional details

A conference certificate will be distributed digitally after the conference in the week after the conference.

Payment options

Once you click the 'Register and Pay' button below, you will be redirected to a new window in which you will have to select your method of payment. You can choose to either pay by creditcard or via a bank transfer. The administration fees of these two options differ.
When you select the creditcard option, you can pay directly with your creditcard or through Paypal. Due to strict security regulations of the system administration, we have noticed some face difficulties with direct creditcard payments. Please select the Paypal option in that case. You will not have to make a Paypal account in order to pay through Paypal.
